We are not responsible for injuries resulting from physical altercations between passengers or due to intoxication.
Chauffeurs must not exceed the maximum passenger capacity specified for the vehicle.
During holidays, celebrations, and observances, service fees may include a surcharge to incentivize chauffeurs to be available during these times.
You will receive automated text messages containing the chauffeur’s name, phone number, vehicle information, and license plate.
A 15-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled drop-off time. Beyond each 15-minute interval, additional charges apply by the half-hour.
A customary 20% service fee, including gratuity, is added to all reservations for your convenience. This can be adjusted upon request.
