    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    WELCOME TO ON TIME LIMOUSINE INC.

    Thank you for choosing On Time Limousine Inc., a trusted transportation company with over 25 years of excellence. These terms and conditions serve as the agreement between you, the “client,” and us, the service providers. By initiating services with On Time Limousine, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using or considering the use of On Time Limousine’s services.

    WAITING TIME POLICY

    POINT-TO-POINT AND CHARTER (HOURLY) SERVICES:

    • The waiting time fee is applicable after 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. The initial 15 minutes will not incur charges.
    • If waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, half of the hourly rate will be charged. After 60 minutes, the full hourly fee applies.
    • The same waiting time policy is applied to airport arrivals, considering the late arrival of the client as per the pickup time.

    GENERAL PROVISIONS POLICY

    LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

    • On Time Limousine is not responsible for loss or damage to items in affiliate vehicles.
    • In our vehicles, lost items will be found and returned. We can insure up to $100 for lost or damaged items. Found objects are retained for 30 days.

    PRICING POLICY

    • All deposits for charters are non-refundable.
    • Prices and rates are subject to change without notice, and special occasions may have higher rates.

    CREDIT CARD POLICY

    • A 50% deposit is required for credit card payments. Failure to provide authorization may require the physical card at pick-up.

    LIABILITY POLICY

    • On Time Limousine is not responsible for missed flights, cancellations, or damages beyond our control.
    • Minimum charge of $500 for damages exceeding usual wear. No refunds if the ride is terminated.

    SMOKING POLICY

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $100 charge applies if the no-smoking policy is violated.
    • Cleaning fee for any damage caused by smoking is $300.

    EXTRA STOPS POLICY

    • Extra stops not specified during reservation are subject to surcharges of $15 to $50 or more, based on distance.

    TOLL(S) POLICY

    • Toll charges are billed separately based on pick-up and drop-off locations.

    AIRPORT PARKING CHARGES POLICY

    • Parking charges apply for airport pickups and are added to the total cost.

    RATE ESTIMATE POLICY

    • Quoted rates are estimates and may not include tolls, gratuity, waiting time, or extra stops.

    PET POLICY

    • Pets are not transported due to licensing laws and safety concerns. Advance notice is required for accommodation.

    PRIVACY POLICY

    • Your information is safe with end-to-end encryption. We do not collect or use your information without your consent.

    CHAUFFEUR TIP POLICY

    • Tipping is at your discretion and based on your satisfaction with the service.

    UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES POLICY

    • On Time Limousine is not responsible for delays due to traffic, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

    STANDARD DISPATCH PROCEDURE POLICY

    • Dispatch times vary based on trip times. Urgent pickups are subject to additional charges.

    CANCELLATION CHARGES POLICY

    • Cancellation fees apply for airport service, point-to-point transfer, and charter service based on specific policies.

    EARLY MORNING AND LATE NIGHT PICKUP POLICY

    • Early morning and late-night trips (11:00 PM to 6:00 AM) incur an additional charge of $15-$25.

    MODIFICATION POLICY

    • Changes for airport service and point-to-point transfer must be made at least 4 hours before pick-up. For large vehicles and charters, a 48-hour notice is required.
